Description: Hidden tokens disappear
Purpose: I was checking my balance on hidden tokens ( two created by me ) and right now it shows nothing ( when im importing comes a message " no balance to import " but i have the tokens…) anyone with same issue ? help …

I created two tokens on ethereum some time ago, I usually see them on MetaMask wallets ( got them on two acc) but neither one or another can display the tokens, I already imported them x times and still nothing, returning a message saying no balance to import. Yet they are created and online on explorer blockchain. Waiting your good response.

Hey…would just add this to Khaleds perfect post on this, when you say you created those tokens and they exist on blockchain, do you own any of those tokens on the addresses you’re trying to see them? Because if you dont, and balance is 0, you dont see them because you have “Hide tokens without balance” turned on, if you want to switch that to off, go to settings, then assets, and there you can switch the toggle “Hide tokens without balance” from on to off…also worth noting, once you do that, and you’re on the ethereum network, you will see the tokens you added under “Low value tokens”…
Can you make sure you’re on the latest version of MetaMask ? For chrome, latest version is 13.48.0..when you’re on Tokens tab, make sure you’re also on ethereum network, if you click those 3 dots on the right, then manage tokens, and at the bottom you’ll see Add a custom token, it should look like this:
and once you input the correct token address, what does it say below? because if i pick something i’ve already added (even though i have 0 balance of that token), it will say “Token has already been added.”..it looks like this:
if it still for some reason doesnt work, even after you’ve turned off “hide tokens without balance”, then i would suggest you contact MetaMask Support (the link is in Khaled1s first post), and they’ll be able to take a closer look, as here we dont allow people to share their addresses, its for their own safety..
