# Internal error after update

Hello,
After the 13.13.0 update I’m not able to open my wallet (internal error) and I have an infinite wheel spin in the tab chrome-extension://nkbihfbeogaeaoehlefnkodbefgpgknn/home.html#onboarding/unlock
I’m running on MacOS and I’ve tried many things (disable addon, reboot, clear cache,…) but nothing works.
I am currently in contact with customer service (a bot, no human…), but after 90 minutes, I am losing patience.

The last option is to reinstall MetaMask wallet 🙂 do you have a seed phrase written down?
