# Metamask Crashed

Hello,

My MetaMask crashed today and i dont have my seedphrase.

Already tried to get from the vault, but cant find the keyring from the file 000005.ldb

Can anyone help?

- Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

- This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.

thanks already did that but they couldnt do much…

Waiting for a reply now.

When i try this

chrome.storage.local.get(‘data’, result =\> {  
var vault = result.data.KeyringController.vault  
console.log(vault)  
})

I get this error “Uncaught SyntaxError: Invalid or unexpected token”

Anyone can help?
