Hello, I apologize to everyone for not being here for a long time, the truth is, this is not my wish, I also got involved in frequent errors, MetaMask does not confirm my password, how do I enter the forum, give feedback, this new authentication rule that exchanges etc. It has centralized the centralized and my accounts are messed up, in a word, decentralized has become meaningless. In the past, no one knew about the balance and the real name. Now the secret investment has reached the end of the line.

Hi @Ascalad thank you for contacting us. Just to confirm, which error message are you getting when trying to access your wallet using your password? please take in mind the password is local, which means it’s different for each device, I mean your extension password can be different from your phone password.
