Hi, recently my MetaMask accounts don’t start anymore on my windows laptop. If i click on the extension MetaMask pops open and is stuck loading, see image below. Ive tried closing the browser and reopening it again but nothing helps. hi @user508 ,welcome to MetaMask community. Try the following to see if it works: - Restart browser - If it’s not the latest version, upgrade it - Disable and then enable in the extension management interface - If your browser has a lot of extensions installed, you can disable some of the less commonly used ones. ---

I have tried everything you just said but it still stuck on the loading page ---

Please contact the support team for help. - Visit : [https://support.metamask.io/](https://support.metamask.io/) - Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this: ![Start a Conversation](https://europe1.discourse-cdn.com/metamask/original/3X/b/7/b74bc3bd3f7935c5ca91d9aaa22329d15d6fd4d1.png) - This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent. Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation. ---
