The process is handled within the platform, and users are usually shown an estimated time for when their funds will arrive. However, if it was just a simple swap on the same network, it normally shouldn’t take very long. - That said, was it a simple swap on Ethereum? If so, please check your wallet address on Etherscan: > **[Ethereum (ETH) Blockchain Explorer](https://etherscan.io/)** > > Etherscan allows you to explore and search the Ethereum blockchain for transactions, addresses, tokens, prices and other activities taking place on Ethereum (ETH) - If it was a cross-chain bridge or swap, please check your wallet address on the destination chain’s explorer. Cross-chain bridges and swaps can sometimes take longer than the usual or estimated time for various reasons, such as router liquidity. In that case, you’ll need to wait a bit longer. If you still haven’t received your funds, please contact MetaMask Support: [https://support.metamask.io/](https://support.metamask.io/) - Your transaction must be successful on-chain. In other words, the tokens you intended to bridge or swap should’ve already been deducted from your wallet. ---
