# Password problem - reset wallet

Haven’t logged into MM in a while, and tried today on my phone. However it would not accept my password, and recommended that I reset my account.
So, I reset my account and used my secret phrase. But it did not import my holdings. How do I bring them into the new wallet

Thanks, but that did not help as I had already added the tokens I own

Do you mean the tokens that have been added are inaccurate? This guide may help you.

Also the Block Browser is able to view the logs of previous operations, which may give a better understanding of everything.

If you’re still not able to find your tokens, get in touch with our support team.
We ask people not to share personal details (like a wallet address/txn hash) on socials.
On the private support chat, we can have you share them. Which allows us to take a look into the account, and try to help sort out whats going on “under the hood.”
(security note. While nothing nefarious can be done with only a wallet address/txm hash; anyone can see your history and holdings with that info. So we ask people not to share them to keep your anonymity. If a scammer knows you hold large amounts, it can make you a target for scams)
Settings (gear icon on mobile, 3 dots menu on extension) \> Support
Or from the web [https://support.MetaMask.io](https://support.MetaMask.io) \> ‘Start a Conversation’ button. The bot will ask a few questions to get you routed to the right team in support.
