# Why is my wallet transaction stuck? It's been 2 days

Use this article to speed up or cancel your transaction, if you can see it’s also stuck onchain, by searching through a block explorer for the respective network on which you created the transaction.

> Bear in mind that speeding up the transaction will increase the gas fee you're spending for the transaction.

If it only shows as stuck in your MetaMask wallet, but not onchain, then use the following article to remove it:

If you still have issues, it would be best if you contact Support team at [https://support.metamask.io/](https://support.metamask.io/) and use `Contact Support`

Once you do, a live chat bot will appear on your screen. It will give you an automated response at first, but insist and you should be able to contact the support team.
