Can we import/add an account without using pvt key using code.I have the account address and want to add it in MetaMask accounts list.I don’t have to do any transactions. Simply I want to add it for viewing it in extension and in dapp. Any kind of help would be highly appreciated.Thank you.

I suggest you to take a look at Impersonate Metamask address - #5 by Alexo, spoofing the address is a solution. (You will not be able to make the transactions of course)
