Can I transfer from BEP20 to Etherium Mainnet inside MetaMask or am i required to send token back to Binance and transfer back to MetaMask again using the Etherium mainnet network.
You can use Binance Bridge or Binance page 
but Binance Bridge minimum amount is 0.052 ETH
Your Binance account is better 
and safe.
But copy the correct ETH address 
in your Binance account.
