I was supposed to withdraw a certain amount of ETH but canceled it after due to a long time it takes to process. It said the cancellation was successful but my money was gone, it doesn’t show up on my Metamask or even the ETH wallet I was supposed to send to. Please help. I’ve been trying to contact the Metamask support but to no response. Thank you.

Were you using a bridge: Ronin Bridge for these transactions: Ethereum Transaction Hash (Txhash) Details | Etherscan and Ethereum Transaction Hash (Txhash) Details | Etherscan they are both confirmed. What is your wallet’s public address could you please review the sender and receiver address.

I have the same problem. Cancelled 2x pending transactions successfully on metamask as per etherscan but my slp and eth were nowhere to be found. Here are the transaction ids:

I’m a little confused, if it went back to my metamask account then why are they not reflecting on my eth/slp balance? I managed to recover the 1000slp back by going to the withdrawal page of ronin and click the pending withdrawal (payed new gas fee) but the 0.025 eth (0xe90b28e267677825e73a0be3d132f48e1a1175eecbca92b713ca09a8a1cf7907) that i cancelled and transferred doesnt have any button or option to process it too just like the 1000 slp.

Well, it is the Ronin ETH adress but it does not show up in my Ronin wallet…
Unfortunately, if the transaction is confirmed and shows successful there is nothing we can do to revert/cancel it. Usually, when the transaction is confirmed it’s mined and added to the next block. Miners are rewarded with gas fees by mining each transaction.
You can only cancel it while the transaction is still pending.
We cannot revert the already completed transaction. The only thing you can do is to check with the receiver app to see if they could do anything on their side.
