Eth missing in my MM

I transferred some Eth from my Crypto account but it’s not showing on my mm. it shows it’s been completed from my cryp account and not reflecting in my mum and it’s been 4 hours. Please please help

Thank you, I have followed every step , but when I get to the last stage to add BSC to metamask it keeps saying change the wallet network, I have changed it and it’s still saying the same thing

You can also add the token manually.
