How To add My own Blockchain to metamask

So i developed a cryptocurrency (Not a token, i created my own chain and safety mining system) and now want to add it to MetaMask, i know i need to use json rpc and nothing else because theres nothing on the docs. So i ask does anyone know what MetaMask request on an rpc.
