On-chain transfers cannot be reversed. Hope you learn from this mistake. Don’t make this mistake again.
As noted by 0coininMM, blockchain transactions are not reversible.
You could try reaching out to Binance’s Customer support. They might have access to the contract address they were sent to.
Make sure you are speaking to Binance’s Support A common scam is to pose as support, then steal your accounts by getting you to give them your secret recovery phrase. (AKA “Seed Phrase” or “private key”) No legitimate support will ever ask for that.

In Google there are some tutorials to recover the funds when you lost, search about that problem.

You perhaps mistakenly copied the contract address of the BUSD token and sent to that contract address. I am not sure what actually can be done but I believe If you contact Binance support they will sort it out because it is controlled by Binance (BUSD tokens).
Let us know here what they say.
