Is MetaMask and defi3-eth legit or It’s a scam?

MetaMask is a leading Web3 wallet. You can know more about MetaMask from its Knowledge Base.
As for defi-eth I had not heard about it before. I just opened the site from the link shown in the image you have posted. I could not find any community pages such as Twitter, Discord, Telegram … on that page to do some research on its eligibility.
Before using any platform, always Do Your Own Research and make sure that it is legit.

I personally will NOT connect my wallet to such a site where I can not find the legit social pages to do more research.
I suggest you, first make sure that the site is legit and then use it.
