I need to customise transaction URL of explorer like below in Metamask

instead of this → /tx/0xc00270d8a9b395es2df4s54fs54f5sd4f5sdf45s5df4
need to do this → /#/tx/0xc00270d8a9b395es2df4s54fs54f5sd4f5sdf45s5df4

Kindly help me out from this issue ASAP.
