Success send USDT to Axim, but they said did not received the payment

Hi guys, I have problem regarding payment to Aximtrade. On 8 hours ago, I have send my USDT to Aximtrade and it was successful. But when I chat with Aximtrade customer service, they said they didn’t received my payment even though it was already deducted from my account. Hope you guys can help me solve this problem. :sob:
