Usdc sent from metamask wallet on matic network to etherium network lost

Hi
i need urgent help i have sent USDC from my metamask wallet on matic network via the matic bridge to my metamask wallet on etherium network. The polyscan says the transaction was a success but i have waited 4 hours and it has not deposited in my etherim metamsk wallet. but the tokens have been deducted from my matic metamask wallet.
