Able to transfer ETH but nothing else

I have been using metamask since the begging and I never had this issue before. Currently I have SelfKey and a few other assets, but I am unable to transfer them. When I chose any asset to send other than ETH, the next button is greyed out. Please help.

@embomb701 - do NOT contact metasmask on Whatsapp or any other social media - they do not have those and you will lose everything. Please read the blue text at the top of every page.
