Сustom avatar for accounts

Hi everyone. Sometimes I find it difficult to distinguish accounts with standard avatars. I think it would be awesome if MM users could set their own custom avatars for account. What do you think about it? (mods added this screenshot for clarity; These are the Avatars OP is referring to) [Screenshot (420)]
