Description: Enable pulsechain/pls token buys via MM

Purpose: Pulsechain is very popular and has strong community and significant liquidity. You currently cannot easily buy this coin via MetaMask, what is needed to enable this?

To clarify it needs to be easier to buy $PLS with cash in MM, like how this is already possible for Ethereum
