Add Speed up queued transactions

Description:
Add possibility to speed up queued pending transactions created
I mean for batch of transactions created with “smart transactions disabled”

Purpose:
Allowing speeding up the latest transactions when there are others queued dosn’t make much sense.
It would be helpful to be able to speed up transactions especially contract interactions as those can be quite costly and sometimes hard to recreate so the “send 0 to yourself to cancel transaction dosn’t help much”

Extension/Mobile/Both:
Extension … but I believe it applies to both

Hi, thanks for posting this feature request. Just to be sure I understood correctly, you’d like to be able to speed up multiple pending transactions at once?
