Adding Optimism and Arbitrum Bridge to Metamask portfolio site

Description:
Optimism and Arbitrum are my favourite Ethereum layer-2 solution and I use it the most frequently compared to other chain. I believe, most of the MetaMask community also use these two chain the most. So I request the bridging facility for this two chain.

Purpose:
Bridging convenience.
