Totally agree it would be really helpful if MetaMask offered instant hardware wallet connectivity. Right now, having to go through multiple steps every time not only slows things down but also increases the chance for errors or confusion, especially for newer users. A smoother plug-and-connect experience would make the setup more seamless and user friendly, lowering the barrier for folks who just want to safely manage assets without fuss.
Yeah, MetaMask making you import or create a wallet you’re never going to use just adds unnecessary risk. It’s annoying, and it bothers me that it’s the only EVM browser extension that does this.
