Firstly, make sure that your MetaMask wallet is the latest version. Make sure that your internet connection is strong as well. If you are on VPN, turn it off or change the IP. Clearing the browser cache and refreshing the page may also help you. If after trying all these steps the issue still persists, I suggest trying another browser.
