Can receive but can not send

Hi All

I am trying to transfer to another account in MetaMask wallet but it doesn’t work with the description “dropped”.
I am trying to sending token from account 1 to account 2

What I’ve done

1. in settings:
   change the RPC URL to another
   clear activity tab
   change the customized transaction nonce from off to on by filling in manually during the transaction
2. increase gas limit and increase gas fee
3. Try using another browser by installing a new plugin in the browser: Chrome, Edge
4. try doing it on MetaMask mobile

In fact

1. iotx token on iotex network
2. I have a gas fee, more than enough
3. after clear activity tab, nonce start at 2. if change from 0, 1 the transaction “failed”
4. with the same token and on the same network I can make a deposit to account 1, both from the exchange wallet and from account 2
5. I can’t withdraw from account 1. with the statement “dropped”
6. I can make deposits and withdrawals on account 2 without problems

So, what else can I do?
