Can't connect to BSC network

Any time I try to connect to BNB Smart Chain it keeps loading and says “connecting to BNB Smart Chain” then i get an error “something went wrong”. Been this way for weeks. Only BNB network

I removed the network and added it back, still same

Hi @callumth1 could you share more details please. What rpc and chain ID do you have for BNB chain

@0xroosh chain ID is 56 and rpc is https: //bsc -dataseed.binance .org/. I added it from chainlist

i just get the “loading” cog when i try to switch, it never connects

Hi @callumth1 delete BNB Smart Chain network

Create new BNB Smart Chain network and try to use a url that you can find here:

Binance Smart Chain Mainnet RPC and Chain settings | Chainlist

For example RPC URL: https://bsc-dataseed2.defibit.io or https://bsc-dataseed2.binance.org

ChainID: 56, or 0x38 if 56 doesn’t work
Symbol: BNB
Block Explorer URL: https://bscscan.com/
