So I am trying to get the credit card, but it has been stuck on “card being created” for 2 days. I did all the ID verification, I emailed metamask@cl-cards.com and they say ID verification is taking longer than usual, but I don’t know if that has anything to do with the card being stuck on being created. Does anyone know if this could be the issue, or how to find out if my ID verification has gone through?
I have also contacted https://support.metamask.io but the bot says to contact metamask@cl-cards.com so I am going around in circles.
Hello, please continue communicating with the same email address you contacted before. If there is any new update, they should be able to provide you with more info , Also, if you want to open a support ticket, when you reach the support page and are connected with the bot, you can ask the bot to connect you with a support agent. After that, you should be able to create a ticket and get further assistance.
After 4 days they finally fixed the issue with the card being stuck on being created. It was due to their delay in processing my ID verification. So all is good now, thanks for your help.
