Yesterday I had two unathorized transactions in my wallet.
It’s a decent amount of money, but no answer, yet, from MetaMask Techical support.
Are they on holiday ?

when you contact the support team, it will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.
Have you reached out to live agents? If so, they may need some time to help you figure out why.

I think that if we were talking about “peanuts” , we could be waiting, also, for " three months" but, if we are talking about a decent amount of money missed, you Need a First answer, quickly.
