I’m seeking guidance on handling ongoing delays with MetaMask customer support no [edited]. I recently submitted a ticket regarding a transaction issue and potential account security concern, but I have not received a meaningful response beyond automated replies.

Ticket submitted over 10 days ago; only acknowledgment received
Followed up multiple times, including via the support [edited] and again at [edited]
Tried contacting through [edited] during different time windows, but no resolution

Hi, there is no such thing as MetaMask support through a phone number. There never was. Someone is trying to scam you or you are misinformed, or misguided. All support goes through https://support.metamask.io . Make sure you Contact Support through this website.

I edited out the scam parts to prevent others from going through that.
