Metamask has no complaints process

I’m having a terrible time with MetaMask Support currently in relation to an issue.

There’s one agent in particular I’m finding extremely unhelpful. To the point where I asked him to pass the ticket to someone else and he kept responding.

I tried to find out if there was a way to complain about this agent.

Farcical situation #1 is that this same agent kept taking my messages about this out of the queue and responding to them. Deeply unethical for them to do this since the complaint is about them!

Farcical situation #2 is that when I finally got someone else, they told me there is no complaints process. What kind of company has no complaints process nowadays? It’s ridiculous.

I have also been told that they can’t escalate it to a manager.

Deeply disappointed with you, MetaMask. You’re really dropping the ball in relation to seeming like a legitimate modern company.

I see that this is also reflected in your Trust Pilot score of 1.5 stars out of 5.
I’m not surprised in the slightest.

I would say that each MetaMask support agent is good at what they do and always try to help whoever has an issue to the best of their abilities.

But please, offer some context. What was the issue you were having?
