Why does metamask suck so much and is making no effort at trying to make a decent product?

Curious how MetaMask started as the biggest and only browser wallet only to be on path to become obsolete.

The amount of time webpages don’t work on the mobile app is insane. I can’t even scroll down pages fully to be able to connect to the website, if the connect button even works.

The lack of new features and just the overall display of the wallet is so far behind with both rabby and rainbow are offering.

Assuming the same path as OpenSea unless some sort of airdrop try’s to claw back users most people who leave MM will never come back.

Fix your product.

• Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble in the upper middle of page, looks like this:

• This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
