Transak never paid me but took my money

on 23th of nov 2025 I tried to buy USDT with EUROs. MetaMask proposed to give my transaction to Transak, company situated in poland. The transaction has been approved, I received an email, then after 2 days, Transak took my EUROs on my bank account, then after 7 days, no USDT came on my MetaMask wallet.

Trying to join the Transak support on their chatbot about my order gave me a “sommething went wront, try again later” each time I tried it (more than 5 times in several days)

I finally reached on their chatbot a way to complain about a fraud/scam. They send me an email telling me they feel concerned and pass my request to their specialized team. I’m still waiting.

Trying to reach MetaMask support (only by chatbot) gave quite the same : “we can do nothing, please contact Transak”.

Can anybody tell me what I can do ?

How long ago have you managed to reach out to Transak regarding this request?

Also were you not able to speak to a human agent on https://support.metamask.io/?
If yes please try telling the bot the word “agent”, it should give you an option to connect to a human agent and it should be easier to explain your entire situation to someone from our team.
