Sell ETH => EUR Transaction confirmed but not received

Hello,

I have a big issue, please help me.

I have sold some ETH to EUR in using Transak protocol on the 06 of march but I do not receive the money till today.
Here the transaction ID : 0xe74e69f16c2a199d36a7a17df55d578c6d0227caaf5ea08def33b47819f3603f.

The status is “Sent ETH - confirmed”.

I tried to find out some info on the Transak support but nothing interesting.
There is no direct helpline.

Have you got any idea on this issue ?

Hi @kcbk30 and welcome to MetaMask community,

Please contact the MetaMask support team here https://support.metamask.io/hc/en-us they can check the transaction and investigate further.

  • Click the large blue “start a conversation” bubble on the right
  • This will connect you to a bot at first, answer some questions and it will open a ticket for you with an agent.

Remember - NOBODY, including from support, will ask for your secret recovery phrase or for you to input it onto any website for confirmation.
