Problem on BTC to ETH bridge on metamask swap

**Greetings community,

I had a bridge from BTC to ETHEREUM using MetaMask swap services, and after 6 block confirmations, the ETH has not arrived to my ethereum address, and the rest of the BTC has not returned back to my BTC address on MetaMask too.

I tried to use the Metmask support, but their support chat is AI and its basically not helpful at all. Also, the discord server of MetaMask (Consensys) does not accept new invite.

Please advice.

Hello, it’s possible that the funds were sent to one of your other addresses in your MetaMask wallet. Please check your other addresses as well, and if you still can’t find your funds, contact support and open a ticket

Thanks for the response. Fortunately the fund arrived. The problem is that unlike other occasions, this time it took too much time to arrive. the issue is resolved.
