I exchanged my Ethereum USDC for IA, I don’t know how to track the progress
The process is handled within the platform, and users are usually shown an estimated time for when their funds will arrive.
However, if it was just a simple swap on the same network, it normally shouldn’t take very long.
- That said, was it a simple swap on Ethereum? If so, please check your wallet address on Etherscan:
- If it was a cross-chain bridge or swap, please check your wallet address on the destination chain’s explorer. Cross-chain bridges and swaps can sometimes take longer than the usual or estimated time for various reasons, such as router liquidity. In that case, you’ll need to wait a bit longer.
If you still haven’t received your funds, please contact MetaMask Support:
https://support.metamask.io/ - Your transaction must be successful on-chain. In other words, the tokens you intended to bridge or swap should’ve already been deducted from your wallet.
