Bridge Issue: 381 USDC (ETH to SOL) stuck in “Pending” for 3+ hours (Etherscan Success)

Description of the issue: I initiated a bridge/swap of 381.80 USDC from Ethereum (Mainnet) to Solana using the MetaMask interface today (April 15, 2026).

Status:

  • The Ethereum transaction is marked as “Success” on Etherscan.

  • The funds have left my Ethereum wallet.

  • In the MetaMask “Bridge” activity tab, the status is still stuck on “Pending”.

  • It has been over 3 hours and the funds have not arrived on my Solana address.

Details:

  • Network From: Ethereum

  • Network To: Solana

  • Amount: 381.803477 USDC

  • Transaction Hash (ETH): [COLLEZ ICI VOTRE TXID/HASH DEPUIS ETHERSCAN]

  • Receiving Solana Address: [COLLEZ ICI VOTRE ADRESSE SOLANA]

I checked my Solana address on Solscan and the funds are not visible there either. The “Contact Support” button in the MetaMask UI is currently unresponsive for me.

Hey vibedev, sorry you’re having issues with the bridge. That said, reach our support team at https://support.metamask.io/ through the ‘Contact Support’ button. At first, you’ll be prompted by a bot to answer questions to that’ll route you to the right team in support.
