Sharing my USDC bridge experience and seeking community support

Hello everyone,

I recently tried bridging 804.93 USDC from Arbitrum to Linea via MetaMask Portfolio and encountered an interesting situation. The transaction completed on Arbitrum (tx hash: [redacted for security]), but the funds haven’t appeared in my Linea wallet ([redacted for security]) after about 40 minutes. I checked and saw that the tx uses Axelar Gateway with an “express call,” so it might just need more time, but I’d like to ask the community if anyone has experienced something similar.

I’ve been monitoring on LineaScan and Axelarscan, but no updates yet. Does anyone have any tips for checking the status faster or a way to claim manually? I’d greatly appreciate any advice! Thank you for building such an amazing supportive community—this is my first time joining, and I hope to learn a lot from everyone.

From the Axelar explorer (axelarscan.io ) you should be able to search your txn hash.
From its details screen, you’re looking for this:

Once you connect, it should change to:

Click Execute to start the claim txn. (it’s supposed to happen automatically, but this method is there just in case theres an issue)

For future reference, we ask people not to share personal details like a wallet address or txn hash on socials. If there is a need to (like this example) you can start a private ticket with us on our support page (wow. i’m sorry. i need more coffee. Sent you to Linea support initially. My team helps with both. lol)
