Did not receive tokens

Hi all, I have a big problem and I need help please.

I transferred 4h ago a large amount of token Bloktopia form Kucoin to Metamask and during the process I selected BSC network. I see that the transaction is completed and succeeded but I didn’t receive the tokens. After analysing I discover that this Token is under Polygon network. Can you give me instructions how I can manage this?

Hi @Franciszka I had already added Polygon to Metamask and Bloktopia Token.
I don’t have any assets in BSC and in Polygon. My balance is zero.
I think the problem is that I withdraw from Kucoin selecting BSC network but this token in under polygon. Do you think I lost it all?

It really is a transaction on bsc switch to bsc network
and click Import Tokens add Bloktopia contract address:

I feel really stupid now is OK and I can see the Token in BSC (I was using Polygon address)
