Does Metamask support the BitBox02?

Shiftcrypto:
We would like to support MetaMask, but unfortunately, MetaMask is currently blocking further hardware wallet integrations because they are rewriting their hardware wallet plugin system.

As soon MetaMask accepts new pull-requests, we will make sure to get the BitBox02 integrated as quickly as possible.

My question:
Is it still not possible for Shiftcrypto or is there any time horizon, when it would be possible for Shiftcrypto?

MetaMask currently supports five hardware wallets:

  • AirGap Vault
  • Keystone (available on both Extension and Mobile)
  • Lattice
  • Ledger (available on both Extension and Mobile)
  • Trezor.

You can confirm this info here
The hardware wallet you mentioned above is not on the list, so for now is not supported. Thank you for your message, we will share your comment with the team.

For now is not supported, you can confirm it through the information shared in my last response, however, we have shared your feedback with the team.
