ETH not arrived, used BEP20 blockchain

I transferred some ETH from an exchange, using the BEP20(BSC) blockchain to my ETH MetaMask address.
The ETH hasn’t arrived after 4 days. Do I need to do anything with Metamak in order to receive the ETH?
