ETH not received and no transaction ID

Hi everyone. I sent 0.4075 ETH from MetaMask mobile app to my Kraken ETH and this was not received. I realise now I sent the ETH from the Avalanche network not the Ethereum Main network. Does anyone know if I can recover my funds?

I contacted Kraken and they asked for a transaction ID - which doesn’t seem to be anywhere. Can someone help me find the TX ID please?

Hey @Bash8888, welcome to the MetaMask community! :fox_face:

You can search your transaction on the block explorer, and the transaction hash is the first on the list of data, which you can copy and paste.

Hey @nakedwinnie, you’re a legend! Thanks a lot for your help, I was so confused with this transaction but hopefully I can get it resolved now I’ve got the hash.

I would love to know if Kraken does anything for tokens sent on the wrong network.
