Funds not appeared in the nominex wallet

I hope you can help me to resolve the issue I have.

I wanted to transfer USDT from Metamask wallet to the deposit wallet at Nominex.io. However, it seems that the transaction got stuck at BscScan (I can see at Metamask the activity log). It says that the tokens have been transferred, but they do not show on the account at Nominex exchange.
