I allow myself to open a subject because I need help. today i wanted to transfer my CAPS (ternoa) tokens to the ascendex exchange. my CAPS tokens was on the BSC network on metamask and I needed to send to an ERC20 address. big problem because I should have deposited my tokens on the etherum metamask network. in the end, I made the transfer, I paid fees in BNB but I cannot find my CAPS on ascendex. what can I do ? is there a way to get the CAPS (on metamask or ascendex) where is it unrecoverable?
