How to enter the seed phrase,

Hi all, I don’t remember my password so I decided to change it using the seed phrase in my possession, but I find 64 characters without spaces all together, how to enter them in the recovery screen, i.e. how many groups should I divide it into?

NEVER SHARE YOUR SEED PHRASE WITH ANYONE.
KEEP IT IN THE MAXIMUM OFFLINE SAFE PLACE.

Do you remember how many words were in your seed phrase?
You need to enter them one by one into the form.

I I don’t tell anyone my sentence thanks, I wrote 64 characters without spaces all together, I don’t remember but I think 24 words

Thanks, I solved it becouse I have two the seed phrase

I Just enter words one by one with space and that works for me. Dont put coma or anything.
