How to transfer from SmartChain Network to ETH Mainnet

Greetings,
So I managed to get something out from Binance into my wallet. It’s just in the wrong Network.
Please see the image below, as I think it explains everything.

I have the feeling the forum is full of posts like mine but I’ve been hours going in circles, watching the same videos and Luigi’s responses.

Same problem. Have ETH in smart chain network, don’t know how to transfer them to Etherium mainnet. Maybe you found out by now?
