Insufficient funds Available Balance: 0 USDC

Hello,

I’m new to crypto and I’m struggling with MetaMask.
I’ll explain my case: I want to buy PUSHD.
To buy them I chose USDC bought on Binance which I then transferred to my MetaMask (chrome).
I wanted to do the reverse operation and send the 160 USDC to the PUSHD address from my MetaMask wallet but each time my balance is 0 :

Insufficient funds
Available Balance: 0.0000000000 USDC

I’ve tried changing network (I’m currently on BNB chain) but it doesn’t change anything.
I think that it’s a problem of blockchain but i doesn’t find the solution.
Can you help me ?

Hi @pierre73 , welcome to MetaMask community!

Always check your wallet address on the block explorer for the network you want to use. Either bscscan or etherscan, in your case. Make sure to know what network you sent the USDC on when you withdrew from Binance and for networks to always coincide when transfering tokens. Meaning it needs to be supported on both ends. You need to check what happened with your USDC onchain.

Make sure your “from address” is the address where you have usdc.
