more engaging, a lot of user feel they can have, at least a little, impact on application/product. this results a lot of positives, price action included
at least i never see consensys/MetaMask seriously ask what a user want

The team is always looking at the community forum to see feedback and/or suggestions, feature requests are also a big part of this that users can create/ vote on if they find one that they would also like to have added/ changed. Also on the community engagement side of things you can join the Consensys discord server, there you can feel free to discuss with users regarding various Consensys products. (To join please scroll down to the bottom of the page on https://consensys.io/ and under Social there’s a link to join the Discord server).
If you have specific ways of how to improve something please feel free to share them with us as we appreciate all feedback
