What is the MetaMask Community Forum?
The MetaMask Community Forum, community.metamask.io, is the official forum for the MetaMask community. It is where MetaMask users and developers can interact with one another and with the ConsenSys/MetaMask team.
To enable this space to be as useful as possible, we have guidelines that each member of the community must agree to follow before they are allowed to post. We encourage helping others with troubles, explaining complex concepts, offering knowledge, humor, insights, feature requests, bug reports, or anything related to MetaMask.
The forum serves various functions, and we have six main categories:
This category is read-only and is for announcements and updates about MetaMask, only staff members are allowed to create new topics in this category.
This category is read-only and is for educational material and information about MetaMask, only staff members are allowed to create new topics in this category.
This category is for community members to create new topics and posts related to questions and issues for their MetaMask wallet. To be able to create new topics in this category, you must first enter at least 5 topics, read at least 25 posts, and spend at least 10 minutes on the forum. This is to prevent spam in this category and to encourage community members to search for their issue or question before posting.
This category is for community members to share feature requests they would like to see on MetaMask. Community members can also vote for feature requests that they agree with. Please make sure to search for your feature request to see if it has already been created before trying to create a new topic.
This category is for developers to discuss and ask questions around programming and code related to MetaMask.
This category is for developers to discuss and ask questions around MetaMask Flask and Snaps.

We currently have a team of four moderators, @HiroProtagonist, @nakedwinnie, @Chinzilla, and @KBeeTheCapybara.
The moderators are full-time employees of ConsenSys (the company behind MetaMask). They are here to manage the forum and provide support for the MetaMask community forum. Please make sure you are interacting with an official moderator and beware of fake accounts!
