So I had the MetaMask app since ‘21 and back then I could scan the QR code on my browser so that way I could connect my ledger to MetaMask. ( i have the old ledger )
Now , I changed my phone and on the new one I don’t know how to add it WITHOUT writing my seed phrase this way i don’t think it’s safe at all .
Can you please help ? I had the points rewards also on MetaMask app… Thanks!
Hi, only the Ledger Nano X is compatible with the MetaMask mobile app. If you do have that model please follow this support guide/ article from Ledger on how to correctly pair your Ledger Nano X to the MetaMask mobile app: https://support.ledger.com/article/16748796611613-zd

(You should never import your Ledger’s Secret Recovery Phrase into MetaMask as that will turn the Ledger into a hot wallet)
I have the basic ledger nano S 
But this way, I m losing access to my reward points? or is linked to my wallet and i can claim the airdrop from desktop?
Rewards can only be opted into via the MetaMask Mobile app. From version 13.10.4, the MetaMask Extension also shows Rewards points and estimates for opted-in accounts. Sign up through the mobile app; once linked, you earn points from trades on both platforms. Unfortunately, as Coffee mentioned, currently only the Ledger Nano X is compatible with the MetaMask mobile app.
So basically you saying now that i don’t have connection on my mobile app with my wallet, i will not be able to claim any airdrop in the future from you?
